Boxing Day Evening
After getting back to the hotel after the early curtailment of the cricket due to bad light, we showered and changed to have a night in the Suncoast Casino Complex. We were joined by one of the party John, a seasoned tourist who was keen for a night out.
Arrived about 9pm and found a restaurant called Havana Grill, some nice T-Bone steaks were had, along with some nice wine and Jack Daniels, all for just £30 a head.
After the meal we headed into the Casino and after waiting for an age for the Casino to change John's sterling, we found a spare seat. Sat at the table for a couple of hours and enjoyed some good cards from a favourable dealer.
Wing man Russ kept me in check and held on to my profits, in the end walking away with 3000 Rand extra a nice £300 profit, John also made a profit up 200 Rand, also won the bet this morning for the two opening bowlers, must have been my lucky day :-)
